Slightly larger then average (average is 36”) this breast collar measures 37.5” from end to end - custom dyed mohair
currently this has no tugs.
i can add on Mule tape tugs and drop for additional $$ but until I either add on the tugs or get leather ones and update the listing - these will come with no tugs or drop at this price and you will have to add on your own.
